Thought you might like to see it.

Ms. Holt,

I am very sorry about any confusion you may have had concerning our coupon policy. Our current coupon policy is that any customer is eligible to use one (1) coupon per item they are purchasing provided that it is not expired and is a valid authentic coupon that pertains to the item being purchased. The coupons must be presented at the time of purchase. Unfortunately our current policy does not include being able to use one (1) manufacturer’s coupon and one (1) Whole Foods Market coupon per item.

Once again I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding that you may have had concerning our coupon policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us further should you have any more questions or concerns, our store phone number is 734-975-4500.

Candice Stanley

Candice Stanley
Associate Customer Service Team Leader
Whole Foods Market-ARB
Ann Arbor, MI 48103
734-975-4500 phone
734-975-4545 faxJen Holthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10763604654150522638noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1327904462125456213.post-18417150717271598162009-08-24T08:56:15.797-07:002009-08-24T08:56:15.797-07:00Jen, I posted a response on here earlier but I don...Jen, I posted a response on here earlier but I don't know what happened to it. Sorry!

Unfortunately this is a situation where it depends on your cashier. I asked the manager and she said it all depends on coupon wording but my opinion is that cashiers are not made aware of coupon language and sometimes misunderstand the parameters. For example, stores that accept both Manu and Store Qs (Target, Meijer, CVS, etc) typically ignore any type of "one coupon per item" reference on either Q, but Whole Foods doesn't have a clear coupon policy so it's up to the cashiers to determine whether or not to accept them. And unfortunately most don't.

Sorry you had a bad experience. =( I'm really hoping WF defines a coupon policy soon so we know what is and isn't okay to do.Cassiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13526228213366026025noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1327904462125456213.post-22763254023770957882009-08-19T06:54:18.773-07:002009-08-19T06:54:18.773-07:00HELP!
