These little soaps are 1.49 at Whole Foods in their Whole Body section. I love the concept of Johnson's Buddies soap... it has a mesh bag around it which makes it easier for tiny hands to grip. I'm going to attempt a homemade version of the Buddies with this soap, which is natural, biodegradable and cruelty-free. The plan is to get some tulle as well as some type of cord, possibly hemp. I'll wrap each bar in the tulle, secure with cord and have slip-free, kid-sized bars of soap for the kids' stockings.

Hey, that is a great idea! And I wonder if you could do the same thing for adults, 'cause it would make kind of a scrubber soap.
Oh, definitely... like a built-in loofah. In my head it makes perfect sense. We'll see how it actually plays out. ;)
