Back in business

Last week I had a nervous breakdown took a much needed break but now I'm heavily medicated back so let's get on with the deals, shall we?

Meijer this week:

Burt's Bees buttermilk bath- clearanced to 4.79 from 15.99 (thanks, Jill!)
(1) dozen cage free eggs @ 3.19, used .50/1
(1) avocado @ .90 after promo
(4) Green Giant frozen spinach @ .90 each after promo
(2) Cascade rinse agent- FREE after free item coupons
(2) Palmolive pure dish soap @ 2.00, used 1.00/1 coupons (thanks, Jill!)
(1) organic carrots @ .90 after promo
(1) organic mushrooms @ .90 after promo
(1) organic string cheese @ 2.74 after sale, used 1.00/2 Meijer Organics coupon
(3) Aunt Millie's bread @ .90 after promo
(1) Dole salad @ .90 after promo
(1) French bread @ 1.39
(1) Freschetta frozen pizza @ 3.99, used 1.00/1
(2) Jack's salsa @ 3.99 (BOGO free)
(1) strawberries @ 1.67
(2) cheese @ 1.67
(1) Thomas bagels @ 2.50
(1) tortillas @ 3.50

I found a $3/$40 Meijer coupon at the park yesterday. It was a little muddy but I used it. Oh yes, I did.

Total before sales/coupons: 96.21
Total spent: 38.92

Whole Foods:

(1) awesome milk @ 3.99
(1) Corn poblano soup @ 3.99
(1) organic applesauce @ 2.69
(2) soy hot dogs @ 2.99, used 1.50/2
3 lbs. organic apples @ 2.99
Aura Cacia kids hand wash @ 5.99, used 1.00/1 (on product)
(2) organic juice @ 2.99, used 1.00/2
(2) Eden organic beans @ 1.39, used .75/1
(1) pint grape tomatoes (not pictured... oops) @ 1.99

I also used $5/$25 Plum Market coupon since Whole Foods will take competitors coupons. What's shocking and slightly nauseating is that this small amount of stuff would have cost me well over $50 at regular retail price.

Total before coupons but after sales: 37.68
Total after coupons and bag refund: 28.08

Produce delivery: $23

welcome back! :) we missed you!
i went to meijer on fri to look for the baby bee soak you mentioned. i didn't find it but i ended up finding a superyard and peapod both for 60% off ($53 total for both when I just paid $55 for the superyard alone the previous week). Thanks for the heads up on the clearance there!!! It's pretty amazing.

Thanks for the tips, for the first time I was able to read your blog before I headed out. See, that's why you are a link for me :)
