I don't know why the only freebies at CVS lately have been weird energy drinks, but at least they're giving away Carnation Instant Breakfast this week too. I'll actually drink that.
I bought:
(1) Newspaper @ 1.75
(2) packs of eco-friendly compostable paper plates @ 2.50 each
(1) Carnation Instant breakfast @ 4.99
Paid with 10 ECBs, paid 1.74 out of pocket, got back 4.99 ECBs for the Carnation.
(PS: At my CVS the Carnation was located in the aisle with the supplements and bars and stuff, not in the grocery aisle.)

Amen about the energy drinks!! I was jacked to see the carnation. Compostable paper plates??? I have never heard of these, i must investigate!
